A stand is where your meetings happen
GITEX Africa is the African edition of GITEX, the technology exhibition that began in Dubai. Its first edition took place in Marrakech from 31 May to 2 June 2023, bringing technology companies, governments and investors under one roof.
For an exhibitor, that context shapes what a stand has to do. Visitors move through the hall quickly, so a stand must be recognised from the aisle, make its purpose clear at once, and still be comfortable for longer conversations once someone steps in.

A stand designed around your products, your messages and your audience, rather than adapted from a template. Distinct from the neighbouring stands, and recognisable as yours.

Spatial planning and layout
Zones for demonstrations, meetings and storage, with circulation planned for a busy show floor. A clear layout means visitors find the right person without having to ask.

Brand integration
Logos, colours, graphics and screens integrated into the structure. We work to your brand guidelines, whether the design is ours or comes from your headquarters.

Production and fabrication
Structures, counters and display units are fabricated and finished before the show, so the build on site is assembly rather than improvisation.

Installation and on-site coordination
We install within the venue’s schedule, coordinate on site and handle dismantling after the event, with one point of contact throughout.

Event spaces and supporting environments
Where the brief includes more than a stand — a branded lounge or a launch area — we design and build it as part of the same scheme.

A process built to protect your date

Brief and objectives
We start with what the stand needs to achieve: the products to present, the meetings to hold, your brand guidelines, your budget range and the dates that matter.

Concept and 3D design
We develop the layout and the look, and show them in 3D so you can review and obtain internal approvals before anything is produced.
- 03
Technical development
The approved design becomes production drawings that respect the technical specifications and the exhibitor guidelines for your space.

Production
Fabrication and finishing take place ahead of the show, with progress shared for your review at each stage.
- 05
Installation and dismantling
We install on site to the venue’s schedule, complete the stand for opening and dismantle it when the show closes.
