Huawei GITEX Africa
Our approach
We organised the stand as a continuous white volume, with the Huawei header lit and set high enough to be seen over the crowd. Inside it, each theme — Digital Governance, Digital Power, Data Storage, Digital Infrastructure — has its own station: warm wood-veneer or white display units with rounded corners, screens at eye level and a demonstration counter in front, so a visitor can stop, look and talk without blocking the aisle. The units were built and dry-assembled in our workshop before the show, with every panel cut and fitted, so installation in the hall was a matter of assembly and finishing rather than fabrication.
At a technology show, a stand has to do three jobs at once: be recognisable from the aisle, host conversations and demonstrations with many visitors at a time, and present complex solutions clearly. Huawei’s content was organised by theme — the displays carry labels such as “Digital Governance” and “Transportation” — so the layout had to give each theme its own readable place.
Final results
On the show floor the stand was busy: delegates gathered at every station, the Huawei header stayed visible above the crowd, and the themed zones kept conversations organised even at the busiest moments.
