Morocco Gaming Expo
Our approach
We used light as the structure. The arena backdrop is a black steel grid that carries everything: two large LED screens for the matches and player line-ups, neon words — “Game On”, “Go Team”, “Start”, “Play”, “Battles” — and square frames outlined in white light, punctuated by glowing boxes in magenta, blue, green and yellow. The same language continues across the hall, from an illuminated tower of handwritten neon words (“Conquer”, “Challenge”, “Battle”) to the seating pods below the screens. Everything was assembled, wired and lit on site in the days before the opening, with a dark palette that lets colour and screen content carry the room.
The show combined three spaces: an exhibition area, a conference area and a tournament area for esports competitions. A tournament space serves two audiences at once — players who need a focused, well-lit position, and spectators who need to follow the action — and it has to read as gaming culture at a glance.
Final results
When the doors opened, the arena looked like esports from the entrance: teams presented on the big screens, players competing in the pods, and the whole hall drawn in the same neon language.
